In der Dämmerung wächst ein Flüstern
The evergreen magnolia stretches towards the evening sky, while the angel’s trumpet releases its sweet fragrance. Everything hangs and grows in its own particular way of lushness, so abundant that you almost sink into it. Hundreds of shades of green. Flecks of light. The cool stone beneath me. I gaze into the distance; my eyes relax. I lose myself.
In the summer of 2026, the St.Gallen Botanical Garden was transformed into an immersive theatrical installation. Visitors moved through the garden in groups, encountering performative stations featuring texts, sounds, videos, music, and characters that emerged from the atmosphere and history of the place.
