Landscape of Memories and Dreams

I had the pleasure of working on Beatrice Im Obersteg’s production in September 2023. With local, professionally trained performers aged between 23 and 68, she staged a site-specific dance performance in the English Park of 1860. Together with musician Markus Lauterburg and listening stations by Pius Strassmann, dance, performance, music, lyrical texts and the landscape itself enter into an interplay. Visitors are invited to move through the park at their own pace. In this way, they experience how the various solo interventions come together to form a thematic whole.

The two-hour poetic dance-sound installations create an atmosphere that is nourished by the magic of dreaming and remembering.
